Network Closing Services a Paperless Title Company

What is Paperless?

Paperless office is also a metaphor for the touting of new technology in terms of 'modernity' rather than its actual suitability to purpose.[citation needed]
The paperless office is now considered to be a philosophy to work with minimal paper and convert all forms of documentation to a digital form. The ideal is driven by a number of motivators including productivity gains, costs savings, space saving, the need to share information and reduced environmental impact.

A traditional office consists of paper-based filing systems which typically include filing cabinets, folders, shelves, and storage which takes up considerable space.  A paperless office is simply made up of a desk, chair, and computer.  The computer provides anyone access to digital documents in the paperless environment controlled by log in permissions.

Network Closing Services began our paperless initiative in January 2004.  We believe the efficiencies provided by a completely digital work place would provide tremendous benefit to our operations as well as our customers.  It took several years to completely convert our company and work flow away from paper files.  The transformation was finally complete in February 1, 2006.

Network Closing Services is one of the only paperless title companies in the country.  We process thousands of files a year with closings around the country.  We can close files within 24 hours of them being opened throughout our coverage area.  We utilize the following technologies:

  • High Speed Scanners
  • Fax Servers (Fax to PDF conversion)
  • Digital Dynamic Live Document Generation
  • Secure Digital File Repository
  • Automated Indexing
