Non-Standard Fee:

Deeds:
  • Land Intake Sheet
  • Need to state relationship between Grantor/Grantee
  • Previous Recorded Information
  • Affidavit of Total Payment
  • Certificate of Exemption from Withholding
Margins:
  •  First Page: 2" Top Margin; 1" other sides.
